Tenders are hereby invited from all eligible and experienced/reputed contractors for providing and fixing 6’ x 4’ Size Iron Boards with MS Angels for support of height 12/16 feet at Suleman Shah Plot, Wadala (E), Mumbai.
After conducting inspection of the site detailed sealed quotations addressed to the Asstt. Commissioner of Customs (Estate), New Custom House, Ballard Estate, Mumbai: 400001 should be submitted to the undersigned.

Scope/Nature of work :
01. Providing 30 NOs of iron boards of size 6’ x 4’.
02. Providing support MS Angels
03. Board Painting and the matter to be depicted in fluorescent colours.
04. Transportation and fixing of the boards on site.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

01. The rates shall be valid for one year from the date of issue of work order;
02. The price quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and other charges;
03. The matter to be depicted on the boards in Hindi, Marathi & English is available with Suleman Shah Plot Cell, New Custom House, Ballard Estate, Mumbai : 400001.
04. The sealed quotations should be submitted to the undersigned in the New Custom House, Mumbai on or before 03.00 PM on 22.06.2007 positively.
05. The sealed quotations received after stipulated time will not be entertained under any circumstances;
06. The sealed quotations shall be opened before the Asstt. Commissioner of Customs (Estate) at 03.00 PM on 22.06.2007.
07. The undersigned reserves right to cancel any tender without assigning any reason whatsoever.

Quotations received later than the stipulated date will not be considered under any circumstances.
